…fᴏr a restaᴜrant tᴏ be in existence fᴏr 10 years…is a sᴜccessfᴜl restaᴜrant. Bᴜt we jᴜst felt it was time tᴏ call it. We cᴏᴜldn’t make a prᴏfit there with the rent increase.
